Kaysa Skincare will accept returns/refunds only if the product(s) purchased are returned in an unused (unopened) state. Kaysa Skincare must be contacted within 3 business days of receiving the order for a return/refund/exchange to be approved. Buyer pays return shipping unless product is defective/damaged.
Process for Returns:
- Contact Kaysa Skincare by email or phone within 3 business days of receiving your order with your request and reason for return.
- If your return is approved due to damage, defect or inaccuracies in order fulfillment, we will email you a prepaid return label so that you can return those item(s) or we may send a pre-paid return package with your replacement order due to any order fulfillment inaccuracies. In all other cases, you will be responsible for returning your item in well-packaged conditions.
- Within 48 hours of receiving your returned item(s) we will refund you in the same manner that you paid (via debit or credit card).
- For defective or damaged items: In most cases, we will send out a replacement item immediately if the damage is verified by photographic evidence i.e. a digital picture enclosed in an email to us.
Kaysa Skincare will exchange items due to damage or defect. Or, if you ordered the wrong item (customer pays return shipping). Please contact us via email or phone to begin an exchange. We will of course, exchange an item–at no charge– if the wrong one was sent to you in error. Please let us know immediately if we have made a mistake. Please accept our apologies should this occur. We take pride in fulfilling your order accurately.
